  • Yes, you will be updating to the PAX Q30. PAX has sunsetted and will no longer support or update PAX S300 or MT30 software after February 2024. Please see the announcement from PAX in the important documents section below.

  • Ranch Payments clients can access their PCI questionnaire via our iAccess portal. You should have received an email from iAccess with your account credentials. Once logged in please follow the link to “Complete your questionnaire.” Once started you have access to 24/7 questionnaire support at 877-277-0998.
