Yes. You will need to complete a PCI questionnaire for your credit card processing account. This needs to be completed within the first 60 days of your account being approved.
If you have questions on the PCI SAQ once logged into your dashboard please call support at 877-277-0998.
Your account manager is also available to help and point you in the right direction.

The Ranch Gateway bills separately from the processing fees. "Gateway Services" is the item description you will see on your bank account. Fees for the base gateway and any additional products you signed up for will be assessed under this title. A detailed description of your fees can be found under your login within the Ranch Gateway.

Ranch Payments uses the Paysafe platform to authorize, settle, and deposit your credit card transactions. You will see daily funds deposits and fee debits from “Paysafe LLC” at the end of the month. For a detailed statement, log into your iAccess account online.

Go to https://iaccessportal.com/Account to access your account. If you haven't setup your access, look for an email from info@iaccessportal.com and follow the instructions. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder too.
